Mezzo-Soprano Debra McVicker spent the summer of 2006 on the Amalfi Coast of Italy where she performed Third Lady in Mozart's The Magic Flute, Augusta Tabor in The Ballad of Baby Doe, and was featured with the Music Festival's Orchestra Opera Concert. Other roles include the Mother in Amahl and the Night Visitors and Frugola in Puccini's Il Tabarro.
