Nan Rubley
Soprano Nan Rubley has performed with various artistic organizations in Colorado Springs. Some of her roles with the Colorado Opera Festival have included Gretel (which she also performed with the Opera Theatre of the Rockies), Zenia in Boris Godunov, Leatitia in Old Maid and the Thief, the First Witch in Dido and Aeneas, and Mrs. Gross in Turn of the Screw. She has also sung the roles of Mother Superior in The Sound of Music, and Lady Thiang in The King and I, both at the Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center. She has also appeared in concert at the Pikes Peak Center with the First Presbyterian Church as soprano soloist in Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Requiem. Ms. Rubley studied at Indiana University and currently studies with Martile Rowland.
