Nancy E. Hankin (Scenic Designer) is pleased to once again work with Martile especially on a production of Puccini Operas. Recent design projects have included the set and lighting for UCCS Theatreworks productions of Santaland Diaries and Christmas Carol, the set design for She Loves Me and the lighting for Anything Goes at the Colorado Springs Repertory Theatre (Rep) as well as the lighting for the PPCC Masquers productions of Do Black Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up. Nancy was recently honored for her set design for Singin’ in the Rain at the Rep by the Pikes Peak Arts Council. She designed the set and lights for the Star Bar Players production of The Rainmaker which also received a PAPA award and designed the set and lights for the current production of Dances at Lughnasa. With a BFA in Design from Boston University and professional studies in New York, her theatrical credits include design and scenic artistry for numerous productions on both coasts and regional companies. She owns and operates Five Star Décor, the premier special event decorating company in southern Colorado.
